About me

Hypnotherapy is such a positive approach when tackling those issues within yourself that keep you bogged down and unable to live the life you want. I am an experienced and sensitive Hypnotherapist. A space of respect and acceptance is provided for you. Each appointment is tailor made to the individual and their needs. I have experience of working with phobias, addictions and all stress related conditions.  Your Hypnotherapy appointment will begin with some history about yourself and the issue that you bring. This initial appointment offers you the opportunity to witness how I work and if this suits you. This first appointment is at the reduced price of £30.00 with no obligation to continue.

Hypnosis is a deeply relaxing experience where you will be made very comfortable whilst your conscious mind is put to sleep, to enable your unconscious mind to come to the fore.  Hypnotherapy is becoming much more proven as a technique that can help you to make those changes that you need.
