After years of working as Chiropractor and Yoga teacher, I decided to help people with a more holistic and integrative approach.
I believe that body and mind are interconnected and affect each other. I work to help you gain confidence in yourself and your ability to make positive changes in your life through the use of hypnotherapy, mindfulness and Yoga techniques.
My areas of interest are confidence and self-esteem, healthy weight management, chronic stress, anxiety and pain management.
My aim is to help you feel empowered and connected to your self and true needs, so that you are able to make the best choices for yourself.
