I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Life Coach in practice in Sutton, Surrey.
Over the years I have been able to assist many clients find balance in their lives using these therapies. When we have personal issues to contend with we sometimes just do not know which way to turn and by considering the above therapies, you have just made the first move towards becoming the person you truly want to be - maybe making some changes in your life - or perhaps becoming more successful. Sometimes you may just need someone outside family and friends to talk to, someone to help you look at your life in a different perspective, or may be you would just like a relaxing treatment.
I may be able to help you deal with some of life’s problems, overcoming habits, weight control, confidence issues, helping you to make positive changes to your life and achieve your goals, and many more. All you need to bring to therapy sessions is to believe and want to overcome your problem, then I may be able to help.
In a nutshall I may be able to help with any problem that you are finding hard to handle on yourown - thoughts and actions you would like to banish, perhaps something that is too overwhelming.

I graduated from the Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnotherapy (the APHP International College of the year 2006 and 2009) with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy (DHP).
Additionally I have the following qualifications:-

Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics.
There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.
The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy/Counselling : £60 – Session time 60-75 minutes
If you decide to go ahead with therapy, then I will endeavour to give you some idea of how many sessions you might need – all therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs and the number of sessions may vary from client to client. Ideally sessions take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on the needs of the individual.
Day, Evening or Weekend Appointments available by arrangement
Quit Smoking : £150 – Session time 2hrs 30 minutes
Gastric HypnoBand: £375 – 6 - 7 Sessions
Reflexology: £40 – Session Time 60minutes
Relaxation: £45 -– Session Time 60minutes
Payment is to be made by cash or cheque.
