About me
Specialist in teenage anxiety & stress.
I have over twenty years experience working with teenagers in residential therapeutic settings. I am able to quickly build a relaxed and positive relationship based on my unique ability to connect with teenagers & adults.
I am based in Hampshire between Winchester & Southampton.
I have always believed that everyone has the right to 'pursue happiness', sometimes our life experiences mean that our own minds can obstruct us from feeling contentment. I believe that hypnotherapy is a fantastic tool to aid personal change and growth, my personal and professional intention is to help my clients achieve their desired outcomes by helping them to utilise their own emotional resources in a positive way.

BA hons, Diploma in Clinical & Advanced Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy practitioner Diploma, NCH (reg).
Twenty one years experience working with teenagers in therapeutic residential settings.
Member organisations
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

For anxiety & stress based issues, six sessions are normally required.
Sessions are £55 for up to an hour at my home consultation room, or via online Zoom, a block of three sessions can be booked in advance for a discounted price of £150.
