About me
I am a fully qualified and insured Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP, Kinetic Shift, Therapeutic Intervention for Kids & EFT Practitioner based between Bungay & Beccles in Suffolk. I specialise in helping clients with emotional issues including Anxiety & Stress, Panic Attacks, Bereavement & Grief, Depression, Weight Loss, Fears & Phobias & Eating Disorders.
Hypnotherapy, NLP & KS work with the subconscious mind to release, remove and change repressed emotions, blocks and bad habits and create positive lifestyle changes in a safe environment. EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique works with energy to release emotions from the past and create new positive pattens.
Therapeutic Intervention for Kids, helps children and young teens deal emotional issues which are electing their mental health and wellbeing.
