About me

Are you experiencing anxiety and overwhelming negative thoughts, feeling desperate and stuck? Do you suffer with insomnia, struggle with low self-esteem, low mood? Are you looking for a way to overcome a fear or phobia that might be limiting your life? Are you finding it difficult to cope with the symptoms of menopause? Maybe you would like help to cope with exam nerves and preparation. Or maybe you would like to improve your sports performance. Or you would like help to support your child. Are you looking for a better way to manage pain?

Everyone experiences life differently and I take time to listen to you to understand how you are feeling and then we work together to help you to make changes that will lead you to the life you want to be living.

Sessions consist of talking therapy and hypnosis and this is a very effective way to change thought patterns and behaviours, enabling you to feel confident and happy to continue to make positive changes to your life.

The approach I use is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Together we focus on your desired future that you want, in order for you to achieve lasting change. This is a talking therapy, using techniques from CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), NLP (Neurolinguistic programming) and solution focused brief therapy. We follow this with hypnosis to consolidate the changes needed to make life better for you. I love helping people and personally find the process incredibly rewarding.

I discovered Solution Focused Hypnotherapy when I was struggling with anxiety and it changed my life. I feel privileged that I am now able to help other people find clarity, resilience, confidence and peace through hypnotherapy like I did.

If you would like to find out more, please contact me to discuss how I can help you. There's no such thing as a silly question so if you've any doubts or concerns or just want to better understand what I offer please do get in touch. I offer a free phone call for you to find out more.
