I started Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Coaching because I wanted to help people achieve the best they can in their lives and not to just accept that this is the way they are, or this is the way things are meant to be. It is about taking control, taking back your power and achieving your dreams, your goals or even something small that can make a big difference to how your live your life.
My background is in Training, Development, Human Resources and Management. I have worked and managed the Training and Human Resource functions in small organisations and multi-million pound global organisations. This has enabled me to have a vast array of experience dealing with people issues.
I offer hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and coaching. As well as other complementary therapies. Hypnotherapy is available for improving the clients well being and enabling them to release negative emotions, and behaviours especially in the following problem behaviors:

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Emotional Freedom Techniques is another method used and supports the hypnotherapy work we do. Using this tapping technique devised by Gary Craig. It is used to correct the imbalances in the body's energy system and can have a profound effect on your personal psychology. These imbalances are corrected through tapping on certain body locations, and often leads to rapid remedies.
Evenings and weekends
During hypnotherapy you cannot be made to do something you do not want to do. The process of hypnotherapy is to enable you to go into a relaxed state where the therapist talks to your subconscious mind to help you to reprogramme negative behaviours. The client must want to change their behaviours and see this as a positive step forward.
If a client is unsure they want to give up smoking they may not give up smoking as they subconsciously see it as a benefit to them, and 'giving up' is confirming to their subconscious mind that this is something negative. That is why it is important to use positive language during the sessions and not to talk about 'giving up or losing' something, e.g., losing weight.
