About me

I am passionate about helping others to lead happy and fulfilling lives and bring a wealth of experience in life coaching and mentoring others throughout my professional career in the corporate world.

I have direct personal experience of dealing with many issues in my life to include dysfunctional family relationships, divorce, bereavement and even workplace bullying.  I am living proof that regardless of any problem you are experiencing you can find a way to move forward feeling confident and empowered.

I work to move the emphasis away from the problems that are interfering with your happiness and toward the solutions that will lead to lasting change in your life.  We can’t always control the events that life throws at us but what we can control is how we deal with them, how we respond to them and how we let them affect us.

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy offers a clinical approach to hypnosis to safely and effectively address your worries and concerns.  It incorporates elements of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness and in some cases Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) alongside the therapeutic use of hypnosis providing an approach that is tailored to your specific needs.

I am experienced in working with adults, teenagers and couples in resolving issues related to mental wellbeing, coping, anxiety, phobias, addictions and relationship problems.  I am also experienced in working with athletes to improve sports performance.

If you need more information you can visit my website or just call me for a chat.  An initial chat will cost nothing but it may be the start of getting back to being yourself again.

Testimonials

I have a number of 5 star reviews on google business that you are welcome to peruse by searching for me on google.  I have provided a couple of examples below:

"Would highly recommend! Angie has helped me to get back to leading a normal life without having my anxiety get in the way of it all the time. I would have never thought to try hypnotherapy before, but I can honestly say it has helped me come so far and I would definitely recommend trying it out. Angie herself is lovely and was always understanding and helpful through the entire treatment."

"What can I say, working with Angie has been a true gift and I feel very grateful for the experience. I came to Angie with high anxiety, low confidence and low self-worth, fuelled by a lack of personal boundaries, people-pleasing and unquestioned beliefs. I'd tried many different solutions; CBT, Psychotherapy and medication, and felt that I had exhausted all my options.
Over the last 10 months, Angie has provided a warm, welcoming and caring environment to build on my confidence, anxiety and self-worth. Together we've transformed my outlook to one that is positive, confident, and more aligned to fulfilling my needs. The knock-on effects have been greater than I could have hoped for and it's hard to summarise the overall benefits from the experience in a review - she has been amazing.
As a result of her compassion, knowledge and care, my anxiety is more manageable, I have the tools inside to deal with life's bumps in the road and I have greater control of my life. Thank you Angie!"

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.
