I provide hypnotherapy and coaching services to clients for a wide range of issues, with a friendly and supportive approach.
I operate my hypnotherapy and coaching services from the Norfolk Clinic, 38-40 Magdalen Road, Norwich, NR3 4AG. Free parking on street.
I am available in Norwich for individual consultations for hypnotherapy as well as coaching and counselling.
I also offer HypnoShape* weight loss/management programme at the Norfolk Clinic working with clients individually on weight management. A mindful based approach to eating.
* Working with another hypnotherapy colleague, I founded an original type of weight loss approach in Norfolk integrating hypnotherapy and sound nutritional advice. I am not currently running groups, effective in helping those who over eat, where other types of traditional weight loss have not achieved long lasting effects. I currently offer one to one tailored support.
Please contact me for more information on individual consultations.

The General Hypnotherapy Register
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I charge £55 per hour for hypnotherapy including weight loss, treatment of phobias, help in reducing stress and anxiety, changing habits, increasing motivation and confidence building.
My fee for smoking cessation is £180*, requiring at least 1 and a half hours consultation time, spread over 2 visits usually.
Please call for more information, I look forward to speaking with you.
I have a background in people development and coaching. I enjoy working with people and helping them unlock their potential. I believe that people have the ability to be the best they can be and that change is within their grasp.
Sometimes hypnotherapy can speed the process of change and help you to make a change for the better.
I am trained to use Eye Movement Therapy which is a unique way of moving on from negative thoughts and emotions. I personally experienced it and found it really helpful. I prefer to recommend things that I have tried myself, isn't that how it should be?
