Hypnotherapy can be a fast and effective treatment for so many of life’s challenges. To find out if hypnotherapy can work for you, please call me  07412 020757. I offer a free 20 minute consultation. Or visit my website www.andrewpearson.uk  In this video I explain a little about how hypnosis works:

Anxiety

Anxiety can blight our life in so many ways, a general feeling of uneasiness, that things are going to always turn out badly for us, that we are in some ways not safe. Or it may be something more specific, such as social anxiety, fear of speaking in public, or a dislike of being in crowded spaces. Wouldn’t it be great to get rid of those feelings once and for all?

Inner Child Healing

If your childhood felt unsafe, or you did not feel fully loved or nurtured, its likely some of those issues will be affecting your adult life, and your adult relationships. How can Inner Child healing help? In this article I explain what Inner child healing is and how it may work for you. Inner child healing is not confined to childhood trauma. It can be used to resolve trauma in later life, including PTSD

Impostor Syndrome

Do you have a feeling that you just don’t really belong somewhere? That you are not really competent at what you do and are going to be found out? That you don’t really deserve the success you have worked so hard to achieve? You are not alone. Many of us feel insecure about our position in life. We feel unworthy. Hypnotherapy can help you to accept and appreciate your success so that you can enjoy your life and continue to grow. In this article I explain some of the reasons why you may be feeling this way, and how therapy can help.

Relationships/intimacy

Perhaps you are asking yourself, what is going wrong? It used to be so good. Why does this always seem to happen to me? Why can’t I really just be myself? Relationships are such an important part of our lives, and so if you are struggling to make relationships work for you it's likely you are feeling lonely, abandoned, despondent or even depressed. Perhaps your relationships are undermining your self esteem, or you have a feeling that something needs to change? I can help you work out what is going wrong and help you find a way to make relationships work.

Young adults and children

I have over twenty years experience working with children and have a proven track record of delivering results. We live in stressful times, and there are so many challenges facing young people nowadays. I’m able to engage with them at their level and use an eclectic approach, sometimes talking, sometimes listening, sometimes doing, always understanding. Whatever it takes to build their trust and allow them to open up. For younger children I use a combination of play, art and storytelling, adapting to whatever the child likes best.  Hypnosis works surprisingly well with younger children - they simply feel someone is telling them a story! I will help you to get your child back on track.

I’m here to help you to turn the What If’s? into a platform for real change. Many things can be fixed in only one or two sessions but I’m also able to help you with more deep-rooted problems that need a little more time. I am trained in both hypnotherapy and psychotherapy.
