About me
Hello and welcome to my hypnotherapy service.
If you are looking for support to manage issues such as smoking habits, overeating, self esteem or self confidence. I am willing to speak with you initially, to find out more about you and your goals. In the process I will explain how I work, together we can then decide if we are able to work on your issues.
Over the years I have developed my passion for working with different individuals, because it is really rewarding to know that you can start off feeling anxious, but in the process, develop your own creativity, strength and resilience, to achieve the change you want and need.
Having completed counselling, hypnotherapy and nursing training, spanning thirty plus years, I feel equipped to be able to offer you the support you need. In addition I have gained invaluable experience over many years of working with individuals who presents with different emotional and physical issues.
My approach is that I want you to feel valued and accepted, in turn this can help you to feel calm, relaxed and be able to enjoy the experience of hypnosis.
Its important to me that you feel comfortable from the start. This is the reason why I offer the 30 minute consultation. It is key in finding out your goals and how realistic they are, also how motivated you are to make that particular change for the long term.
Hypnotherapy is a recognised profession and as such I am regulated by the National Hypnotherapy Society`s code of ethics in practice. Therefore, I will only work with issues and skills which I am trained in and competent with.
I also believe that each person is a unique individual, for this reason your assessment and treatment plan will be based solely on your needs and wishes. I will not make any promises or guarantees during the process of our work. However, I will highlight some of the benefits that you could achieve when you overcome the barriers in the way of your success.

Member organisations
The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Standard hypnotherapy is £65.00 for 1-1/2 hrs.
Smoking cessation 1- 2 sessions 90 mins
Gastric Band Hypnotherapy, £345.00 for 4 sessions

Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 19:30 hrs
Saturday 09:30 - 16: 30 hrs
