About me

As a certified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, my approach to hypnotherapy is collaborative, educational and tailored to your individual needs.

Sessions provide an opportunity to explore the changes you wish to make and to learn the necessary skills to make them. This means that in addition to achieving your immediate goals you will acquire a set of useful tools that you can apply to future challenges, thus supporting your long-term well-being. I also provide complementary guided audio exercises for you to listen to at home, supporting your progress between the sessions.

If you would prefer a bespoke guided audio please visit this page: https://www.anastefanovic.com/bespokeaudio

I am committed to providing a friendly, professional and ethical service, combining numerous approaches and a whole range of tools, in a safe and confidential setting.

For more information on hypnotherapy and other modalities I practice please visit www.anastefanovic.com or BOOK A FREE 30 MIN CONSULTATION over phone or Skype to find out whether you could benefit from hypnotherapy!

I also specialise in Sports Hypnotherapy.
