About me

Many of life's demands such as work, money, relationships can cause stress. And when you feel stressed, it can get in the way of sorting out these demands, or they can quite simply seem to effect everything you do.

We also create our own health, not just by what we eat or how often we exercise, but also by how we think and respond to everyday situations.

With the help of hypnotherapy, NLP techniques, EFT and simple life coaching I can help you become better equipped at handling stress, anxiety, self limiting beliefs or fears and phobias that can be holding you back from living life to the full.

We all go into trance regularly and naturally, when engrossed in a book, driving a familiar route or daydreaming, in fact we are in a trance most of the day!

With Solution Focused Hypnotherapy I use the latest neuroscience research and practical strategies to help people make significant, positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time.

Together we will look at where you are now, focus on what you would like to be doing and help you to move forward.

What I love about what I do, is seeing people come along looking dubious and unsure but with an issue that needs resolving, and leaving lighter, brighter and totally changed, with renewed energy and positivity.  To be able to change someone’s view of his or her world is a fantastic feeling.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
