About me

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist with Counselling skills, qualifying in 2009. I am also a NLP Practitioner which I incorporate in my hypnotherapy sessions to help change beliefs and behaviour,
I work with issues such as anxiety, confidence building, weight control, fears and phobias, IBS and much more.

I offer a personalised service for each of my clients, assessing their individual needs and expectations. Prior to starting treatment an appointment for a consultation will be made, this will allow me to gain a better understanding of the issues you are struggling with, it will also give you the opportunity to meet me and decide whether this is the right treatment for you. This consultation will also give you the chance to ask any questions and allay any misconceptions you may have about hypnotherapy. Building up a professional, honest relationship with my client is important to me.

Whatever it is holding you back and preventing you from achieving your goals hypnotherapy can help. Hypnotherapy can help to change thought patterns which are embedded in our subconscious mind allowing us to be set free

Please take a look at my website and feel free to contact me for a no obligation informal chat to see how I can help you achieve your goals.

I am fully insured and offer a confidential professional service with a warm caring approach.

Key details

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
