About me

Hello, I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist based in Warwickshire and West Midlands.

I offer hypnotherapy and NLP sessions. I normally work from home or therapy rooms in various locations.

I believe in the power of the human mind and I love helping people to resolve their issues and improve their lives through permanent positive changes and smart solutions.

Before becoming a hypnotherapist I used to work as a teacher with different age groups (from university to nursery). That's when I began realising that I am more interested in the way our minds work and how we can be empowered through learning more about human psychology.

First time I heard about hypnotherapy was in one of our psychology lectures while doing my teaching degree. I read and saw in life just how amazing its outcome can be for people suffering from anxiety, addictions, stress or low confidence. So, being in favour of the natural lifestyle, I did my research, found a hypnotherapy school I was happy with, got my diplomas and never looked back.

I treat every client as a unique personality and offer individually tailored treatments based on their needs which are established during a free initial consultation (20 minutes). In the first appointment I further assess the client's specific situation and decide on the best course of treatment.

Some people ask me if hypnotherapy is mind control or if there are any side effects. I always reassure them that hypnotherapy is not mind control, it is designed with the client's needs at heart and the client is the only one who controls the whole process. Every hypnotised person can bring themselves out of the hypnotic state if they wish as they are fully aware of everything that is happening around them and not unconscious at any time. As for side effects, I have not heard of any adverse effects that hypnotherapy had on any of people treated successfully or not.

As there are no one-size-fits-all treatments it's impossible to tell how many appointments and sessions any potential client might need until the actual commencing of the therapy process.
