About me
I offer a full range of hypnotherapy and have diplomas in Hypnotherapy in Practice (known as the Gold Standard in Hypnotherapy) and Mindfulness based Clinical Hypnotherapy. I am trained to offer the following therapies. Regression therapy, Past Life Regression, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and I am a Mindfulness teacher.
Hypnotherapy has given me the opportunity to assist people in improving their lives and helping them through some difficulties they may be experiencing. There isn't a day that goes by that I am not shocked by the power of our subconscious mind and how it maps out our lives and can make us feel so many different feelings, some good and some not so.
Learning with my clients as we go on a journey is a wonderful way to offer something back.
