About me
I am qualified and accredited hypnotherapist and counsellor working in Great Dunmow and Chelmsford.
I will be happy to help you with any of your problem but especially with anxiety, weight loss, building self esteem, preparing for important events, exams etc, CPTSD, IBS, inner child work, panic and stress, depression, quitting smoking and other.
I work in person centred approach, which means that I am looking very individually at you and your problem and I am preparing Hypnotherapy scrips only for you as an unique individual.
Because I am as well psychotherapeutic counsellor, I can work with you using counselling and hypnotherapy, depending of what and when you need.
As a counsellor I have been qualified to work in Pluralistic approach, which means that I can use different approaches and tools to support you in your therapy. I use different approaches in hypnotherapy as well. It can be CBT , Person Centred approach, Psychodynamics and Gestalt.
I prefer to work face to face in Great Dunmow or Chelmsford but if you can't attend I am happy to work with you online as well.
