Are you back in the office and feel stressed? Going to meetings, giving presentations or just talk to colleagues and your boss feels draining? Stressful life, thoughts, situations and the unknown can make you feel anxious and fearful. I will help you with a unique approach, CBH, that integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness. This is a truly evidence-based approach approved by the British Psychological Society.  


I provide an individually tailored treatment to my clients and I do take care of everyone. Everyone is a unique individual, with unique circumstances, personality and life. My aim is to collaborate with you, enhance the good things in you, and teach you the tools that will help you in those difficult moments.
