About me

Hi, I'm Adrienne and I am an optimist and people person, I work as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Clarity Coach helping individuals to create clarity in their life to enable them to achieve their desired goals.

With over 15 years experience in the health & wellness sector, having previously worked as a Sports Therapist and Nordic Walking Instructor, as well as running a ladies Breast Cancer support group here in my local area of the Wyre Forest, I think it safe to say that I enjoy being around others and contributing towards the richness of their life.

It is through my own personal health challenges & life experiences that have been led to where I am today, working with others who are also committed to making changes within their life in order to discover purpose, confidence and clarity.
Working with both men and women from a range of backgrounds I work with each person treating them as the unique individual that they are. We each of us has a back story with our own experience, but how we choose to perceive those experiences is what makes us who we are today.

By creating self awareness and taking accountability for who we are, it is possible to take the first steps towards transformation.
I use both coaching and hypnotherapy techniques in order to gain the best possible outcome for my clients.

I am confident that by working together and building a mutual trust, you can achieve your desired results.

If you are ready to take those first steps and would like to talk further about the services offered and how they can benefit you or your company, please get in touch to arrange your free discovery call.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The General Hypnotherapy Register

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Further information

In addition to my work in clinic as Hypnotherapist I also offer Life Coaching and am a Vice Chair of Bosom Buddies Breast Cancer Support, a local group set up myself and 3 other ladies, all of whom have gone through the trauma of breast cancer.

The group has been created to help and support other ladies, predominantly from the local area, however as the group has grown and developed over the past three years we are now finding that ladies from all around the country are also joining us on line.

Having been diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 41 back in 2013 I have had to adapt and create my own change in order to find a new norm.

I do believe that with my background in sports therapy and my own personal experiences of grief, change and self development over recent years, it does put me a position of greater understanding and empathy towards those who have gone through or are going through life struggles.
