About me

I'm a friendly, non judgmental and down to earth soul with a professional commitment to helping others conquer their difficulties and make the changes they want to see in their lives through the power of their own mind.

I gladly welcome clients that are on low incomes ,as I can offer concessionary fees for those that are on a  low income or benefits , providing I have proof of income from my client.

I specialise in Smoking Cessation,Fears and phobias but I can work with a variety of other issues; including ,anxiety, self esteem issues, breaking unwanted habits and a range of other problems/issues  that can be helped through Hypnotherapy.I am happy to discuss anything you would like me to help with before you commit to the treatment ,or if you would like to ask me any questions you may have about Hypnotherapy . I am also available to work online with clients or if you would like an  online initial consultation. All enquiries about booking  a consultation  can be done online or by phone, via my email or mobile number . All appointments have to be confirmed with me first via phone or email. Thank -you.

I can  also work with children from the age of 7 upwards.

My work ethos is client -based and the treatment plans that are devised are personally tailored to suit my clients individual needs.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been a practicing professional Hypnotherapist for the past three  years and I also have certified  level 2 and 3 counselling skills. I started my Counselling training with CPCAB and then went on to complete my Hypnotherapy and Counselling skills training with Chrysalis Training Courses.

I am an accredited member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and I am currently training to be able to incorporate CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and Mindfulness methods into my Hypnotherapy practice.

I have experience with working with clients that have a variety of mental health conditions and issues. I've also worked with clients helping them with weight control, pain control and smoking cessation. I can  help clients with a variety of other issues, including self-esteem, confidence, fears and phobias and breaking unwanted habits.I also have experience with working with children from the age of 7 years and above.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

My fee is free for the first point of contact by phone. Then the initial consultation.,which is around 20-30 minutes is £25 .From then if your decide to go ahead, it is £40 per session which is around 45-50 minutes long. With children aged 7-16 years the sessions are shorter,30-40 minutes, so are £30 per session.The first session will consist of a discussion about your treatment plan and a general relaxation Hypnotherapy treatment.

The average amount of sessions needed is usually 4-6 depending on how you respond to the treatment and whether there are other underlying issues that might  benefit from hypnotherapy  as well. Initially, I can take block bookings of 4 to 6 sessions ,depending on how many sessions  you might need. or you can pay session by session.

Smoking Cessation/quitting smoking consists of the initial consultation and  then a  one off  Hypnotherapy session which is a 2 hour one off session, combining the consultation and smoking cessation Hypnotherapy together.My fee is £150 for the one off session after a free initial email or telephone consultation.

Hypno- Analysis is paid for in blocks of 4-6  1 hour sessions and I can use it to find the root cause of your issue if you do not know yourself where it is stemming from- Hypno -analysis is usually used to help to pinpoint the cause of unknown phobias/fears or Anxiety but can be used as a general way of pinpointing .

Fees are £135-for a block of 4 sessions

or £190 for a block of  6.

I can offer home visits for house bound clients only, with proof of disability or medical condition.

I can also offer a limited amount of concessionary  fees for people on low income or benefits.

Wheelchair user access
