Have you ever stopped to think about what the summer means to you?
Most people would reply that it generates thoughts of sunshine, relaxing summer holidays, quality time with the children over the school holidays, barbeques with friends and late nights on the patio surrounded by friends and family. Those long awaited summer holidays can also raise many issues, not least of which, the fears surrounding flying. Other modes of travel can also cause concerns, such as a route planned via sea or through the channel tunnel, or, merely travelling on a motorway or as a passenger in a car.

Add to that, the proliferation of many bugs and insects, such as wasps, bees, flying ants, and butterflies and you can begin to see how holiday anxiety is created if you react to these triggers in any way.
