Smoking linked to prostate cancer
It is well known that smoking has a huge impact on those that get lung cancer. This should be deterrent enough - quite apart from the risk of cancers of the mouth and tongue. But recent published research from Switzerland has shown a clear link between smoking and prostrate cancer. Of course, you can protect yourself from prostate cancer with intake of selenium, but, for smokers, the best protection seems to be in giving up.
