We can probably all agree that life itself, the experiences we have and the people we meet change us over the years and that there is really no such thing as standing still or status quo.
This type of change can be passive though. We wait for things to happen ‘to’ us. However, change can be intentional, proactive rather than passive. When we make a decision to create intentional change we boost our quality of life and growth. Intentional change also encourages a sense of empowerment to create what you want in life rather than just accepting and responding what comes along.
Entrepreneur Richard Branson is a good example of this. When he comes across things in business he doesn’t like, he creates his own business to do it better – the way he wants.
