Hypnosis to heal your love pain

We all go through one trying time or another. One moment of intense pain or trauma, one time or another. Life seems to constantly present us with endless chains of conflict and countless opportunities to be hurt. But those of us old enough to know it have come to understand that there isn’t any hurt, trauma or pain that lingers and devastates like one to the heart. Yes, we get injured physically. Sure, it may even be an amputation. But, I tell you, there isn’t any wound that lays waste to the life of people anywhere like one to the heart, the soul, the mind.

So, if like many people and any other old enough citizen of the earth, your heart has been broken, or you’ve been jilted, or lied to, or betrayed - if in anyway you been injured deep down, inside… there just might be a way to deal with it, a way to make the pain go away, a way to start over.

Nothing hurts more than being betrayed by a loved one, by someone you trust and maybe thought you could die for. Getting free of that bummer can be a handful, or more precisely, a life-full. Many never overcome the pain. A divorce, a break up. Or other times, losing someone you love deeply. Oh, the agony. It is almost unbearable. It is unbearable for some still. And for them the sedative is the noose.

Well, as entities that are ever tending towards comfort, we have devised methods that can palliate heart ache or even vanquish it altogether. Many of these methods are therapeutic in nature and involve a level of commitment and discipline in other to yield lasting results. One such method is hypnosis.

Hypnosis involves getting a person into an altered state of consciousness where they maintain reduced peripheral awareness and become highly susceptible to suggestion. In hypnosis, the hypnotist uses a variety of methods to capture the subject's attention in a gradual but progressive manner and then begins to offer suggestions to the subject at which point the subject begins to adapt mentally as the suggestions are made till he is in a state where he partially or completely yields to the hypnotist. This process is known as hypnotic induction.

When hypnosis is used in therapy, it is known as hypnotherapy. Hypnosis focuses on the mental and emotional aspects of an individual. For instance, persons who have suffered a heart break, betrayal, or loss of a loved one, have definitely gone through a heightened state of emotional or psychological injury which could permanently and adversely affect their lives. So, in hypnotherapy, the hypnotist focuses on bringing the subject to a point where he faces his pain head on. For most therapists and patients, this is the most difficult part of the process. At this point the therapist must then suggest a very practical and easy way out to the subject, implying to the subject that there is a lot of hope in the future to find love again, that a supposed weakness could become a strength, and that the subject has the power to protect himself from emotional injury in future.

This whole process of using hypnosis to deal with 'love pains' can be a very rigorous and calculated one and could take time. But ultimately, the results are undeniably palatable and deeply satisfying.
