Fear of flying and phobias
I seem to see more and more people with anxiety and they have been through CBT without any real lasting help. It seems nobody asks "how do you know you are anxious not just excited?" when we were kids we all had nervous curiosity and fear-excitement but as adults that seems lost somehow.
Through eye movement therapies and NLP change can happen quickly and the fun can start again. Be free from the limits of fear and anxiety, be free to have nervous excitement again and the excitement of new possibilities. As children fears didn't always stop us doing things, more often they made us want to explore.... how many of you want into that old abandonded house or forest? Can't be just me!
Phobias are quickly created so why can't they be quickly cured?
The only reason is we don't see someone to sort it out and instead try to supress it or hide it away. Please remember human brains can't do negative commands so 'don't think of a blue tree' only makes you think of a blue tree! so 'don't worry about the flight' just makes you worry about it more.
