Fear of flying

Having booked your holiday abroad, there is there just one thing ruining the happiness and excitement that invariably brings - the thought of getting there.
It starts the second you click "Confirm booking" - that nauseated feeling in the pit of your stomach...and then periodically leading up to the date you get a spike of anxiety thinking of the flight, but instead of getting better, these feelings just build and build, leading to full blown panic at the airport. There are far more enjoyable things to be concentrating on, but your mind just takes that feeling and runs with it doesn't it?
So, what if you could be fear-free within a session and become a confident traveller?
"Impossible!" I hear you say?
Well that's just it - it ISN'T. In fact, it can be an easy fix - which might take 90 minutes and a back-up CD just to remind your subconscious that the old feeling has gone away and that old feeling of panic is now just the opposite - calm! But it can still be easy!
By reducing your anxiety (anxiety being the fear of what MIGHT happen) and boosting your confidence, we allow the subconscious to concentrate on important issues like driving and not forgetting your passport!
If you struggle with fear of flying, make the call to a qualified hypnotherapist - by all intents and purposes you are SAFER on a plane than driving a car and you don't think twice about that journey to work or to the shops!
