Change the Mindset

I recently walked along Kings Rd (Chelsea ) enjoying the wonderment of sunshine, nature, life, people & businesses all thriving together towards fulfilment. It has history for us all and I found myself wondering about a few of many people that have marked this interesting road in Chelsea ( Vivienne Westwood , Mary Quant , Sex Pistols ). I then saw some posters regarding Prince William and Kate Middleton during a recent shopping trip and so my mind had returned to current thinking ..
I stopped at a shop to ask some advice and waited in the queue behind a lady being extremely unpleasant whilst correcting a young shop assistant who was clearly trying to help. It turned out the young assistant was correct but the customer refused to acknowledge that. I am not sharing this story because I think I never behave other than perfectly because I do, but it was a reminder to me that ……..
Your mindset is your mental attitude about something in your life. Your mindset affects your daily life with the habits and attitudes you currently have. These habits are part of your subconscious mindset and whether they are good for you or not, your subconscious mind retains them and protects them fiercely. We can try to change at times , however most of us need to make these changes on a subconscious level. You may have the conscious desire for change, this change may be good for you, but if your subconscious mind does not accept this change as your new reality … it may be difficult, if not impossible, to make the change.
