Anxiety, chronic worrying, free floating anxiety can all be helped with hypnotherapy
Do you suffer from anxiety? NHS figures suggest that at least one in twenty adults in Britain, experience some form of generalised anxiety disorder (chronic worrying, free floating anxiety) at some time in their lives. We will all experience some form of stress at various times in our lives, but if it becomes chronic then we can find ourselves in a very uncomfortable place.
Below are some of the symptoms that people with a generalised anxiety disorder could be experiencing:
“Butterflies” in the stomach
Poor sleeping patterns
This constant disease can soon become very wearing emotionally and physically, but the positive news is that hypnotherapy is an ideal technique to help get one's life back to normal. Hypnosis often achieves very effective results extremely rapidly, and even and more so when the client is fully committed to using the technique of self hypnosis themselves. Hypnotherapy sessions will help the body and mind relearn how to balance the autonomic nervous system, quieten the mind, resolve any issues that may have triggered the anxiety and learn new strategies to help deal with issues in life as they come up.
