Weight loss course - a mindset approach
Why is that diets seem to work at the beginning, the pounds fall off, and then when you’ve reached your desired weight, little by little the weight gradually creeps back on again, often leaving you heavier than when you started?
Unfortunately, your thoughts, your actions and your beliefs associated with food have not changed and that is when you revert to past behaviours and patterns.
We often turn to food for comfort, emotional support and when we are bored or lonely. These feelings and beliefs are in locked into our subconscious mind, but it is possible to re-establish new thoughts and beliefs and to reprogram how we respond. By doing this, diets can become a thing of the past.
I run monthly courses from my home in Cranleigh:
- Three sessions over six weeks, for a maximum of six people.
- Tuesday evenings or Saturday mornings.
- Helping you understand why and how your unwanted eating habits have become hardwired into your subconscious.
- Take home tips and strategies to change patterns and behaviours.
- Enjoy relaxing hypnotherapy after each session.
- Receive an audio to listen to each night.
- Access to a WhatsApp group for ongoing support and motivation.
- Join a closed FaceBook group for continued advice, tips and motivation after the course.
This is not about calories, or weigh-ins or prescribed diets, instead take calm control of your mind around food.
It's far better to make small changes that can last a life time.
