The courses are three sessions, allowing time for discussion, learning and putting it all into practice. Additional sessions are always available to keep you on track.

- Enjoy relaxing, motivational hypnosis and a CD to keep.
- Maximum group of four, or one-to-one.
The aim is that you no longer battle with will-power. No weigh-ins, no prescribed diet. This is not about calories! It is about how you can take calm control of your mind around food in all situations.
