Hello, I’m Tanya, a licensed trainer of NLP as well as a clinical hypnotherapist. I love combining my skills to assist clients of all ages to follow their dreams. My mission is to support my clients to believe in themselves, take control and determine their own destiny.
Are you expecting a baby?
Are you planning a stress-free pregnancy and birth?
Would you like to learn a range of strategies to support your baby’s delivery?
Then please contact me to access your free 20-minute telephone consultation. I will explain how I can help, prior to booking your place on my next Trance-Forming Childbirth Course. Email via my website: tanyabuntingcoach.org
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and am a licensed NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner, having studied with Dr. Richard Bandler, a co-creator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming [NLP].
I learnt painless childbirth with Tina Taylor via the International College of Clinical Hypnotherapy [ICCH]. Tina’s childbirth classes were first created in 2001 when she helped a friend achieve a painless childbirth. Since then these classes have been developed and refined. Tina now teaches her strategy to couples and midwives internationally, as well as to ICCH students who are inspired to teach her technology.
All courses are limited to a maximum of 4 couples. The next course will be run over two sessions as follows:
Next Course: Saturday 8th/29th September
Time: 09:30 – 12:30
Location: Bournemouth [Venue TBC]
My lesson plans are supported by Tina’s published materials that are currently included in your course fee. Course participants will learn:
- About the history of hypnosis in childbirth, why and how it works.
- The impact of stress and how to release it.
- NLP strategies to support your emotional state.
- Trance skills & hypnotic phenomena to support the birthing process.
