Systemic family constellations with Nelly Lukava

Dear friends, I am glad to invite you to my last workshop of the year.

In this therapeutic approach, we consider the individual as part of a greater whole – a family system. Sometimes, present-day problems and difficulties may be influenced by traumas suffered in previous generations of the family. Out of big love (loyalty) to our ancestors, we carry their hard feelings and burdens, not living our lives fully, in a way bringing them back, remembering them. The solution to life in a family occurs when each of its members takes his appropriate and actual place.

Through the therapeutic group setting, we are able to look at the hidden dynamics in the family and find the resolution, thus, remembering our ancestors in a different way. By healing ourselves we heal our ancestors and children.

Family constellations can address depression, anxiety and panic attacks, a feeling of being stuck in life, illnesses, relational problems, etc.

During the day, we will do four works. 

As an issue-holder, you will be invited to bring an issue and explore it with the support of the facilitator and members of the group.

As a representative, you will be able to take part in everything apart from being able to have your own constellation. Being a representative can be as healing as doing your own constellation.

After the workshop, participants frequently share that they are feeling freer, calmer, and more at peace.
