Sunday night relaxation
Some of us suffer from the Sunday night blues; the weekend is coming to an end again and there's another long week ahead of us. Or perhaps you want to unwind on Sunday evening and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for another week. Let me help you to find a space for rest and healing.
This session will last 20 minutes with five minutes either side of this for arriving and coming round at the end. Please arrive promptly in the Zoom meeting by 7:05pm.
All you need to do for these sessions is get comfortable somewhere you won't be disturbed and simply let me read to you. I'll guide you through relaxing your body, visualisations, positive affirmations and stories. So you don't really need to do anything but show up and enjoy!
Please don’t worry if you’re someone who doesn’t usually relax or you struggle to visualise things – just go with it and see what happens. There’s no need to put pressure on yourself to feel a certain way. Everyone is different.
*Please note, as this is a group event, it requires a minimum of three people to attend, excluding the host. Please RSVP in advance by emailing email@example.com (by 6pm on the day).
