Relax, release, revive and refresh
Ran every Wednesday evening 7pm-9pm except school holidays, at Parbold Village Hall.
We will be focusing on mindfulness and looking at different types of meditation. We will begin with the Donna Eden Energy Routine and also demonstrate emotional freedom technique (EFT) also known as "tapping" to lift any negative experience or fears and phobias. We will finish the session with hypnotherapy for relaxation.
Each week I aim to offer something different with a core of energy boosting and relaxation techniques.
