Online weight loss course
Starting on Tuesday 28th September at 7 pm and running for 4 weeks, this programme looks at the impact of stress, habits, comfort eating and sleep on weight, and importantly, offers tips on making key changes.
Each session concludes with a relaxing hypnosis session which you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home.
