New year, new improved you
Many people set New Year's resolutions only to find themselves at some point during January going back to the same old habits. As humans, we are not always good at dealing with change, or indeed sticking to new ideas and goals. It doesn't have to be difficult though! My course will help you succeed.
These sessions are designed to help you to stay motivated and to to make positive changes in 2017.
New year, new improved you!
During this session you will:
- Experience the deep relaxation in a one on one hypnotherapy session with a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist.
- Benefit from positive motivating suggestions to enhance mood and encourage goal-setting and have those suggestions tailored to your personal needs.
- Learn relaxation techniques that you can use at home to further your progress.
- Receive a professionally recorded MP3 recording.
- Electronic literature pack to learn self-hypnosis.
We can also deal with any specific issues that are relevant to you.
These are one to one training sessions or I can cater for small groups (four maximum) each group session is £60 per person.
