Motivating the mind
Whether you feel stuck in a rut or behind on your New Year's resolutions, or whether you just need that little kick up the bottom to get going on achieving your goal, this 60 minute group session is focused on getting you back on track and ready to achieve whatever you want to!
During this 60 minute session we will use both hypnotherapy and NLP techniques to build motivation, get you focusing clearly on your goal and building up all those wonderful feeling that go with being amazingly motivated.
Hypnotherapy is a wonderfully relaxing and natural state of mind where the conscious mind relaxes, allowing our subconscious mind to come forward. This is the part of our mind which is reponsible for our automatic behaviours and feelings, allowing us to put in some new wonderful feelings of positivity and motivation.
We aim for you to walk away from this session feeling amazingly motivated and most importantly with a huge smile on your face!
