What Is Mindfulness Monday?
Mindfulness Monday is a place to come and relax on a Monday evening hat will put you in good stead for the rest of the week.
The sessions are a form of relaxation, meditation and hypnosis, which are all-natural states and known as "altered states of awareness".
All sessions will vary however, they will consist of relaxation techniques, controlled breathing, metaphors and positive suggestion.
What time is Mindfulness Monday?
Every Monday at 6 pm - 8 pm (except bank holidays and other public holidays). The first session will run from 6 pm - 7 pm, and session two will run from 7 pm - 8 pm.
Session 1: Enjoy a relaxing journey of guided imagery to a beach, field or just your favourite place of relaxation.
Session 2: Another relaxing place of guided imagery plus an extra addition of self-esteem and confidence.
You are more than welcome to join us for just one or both sessions.
How much does Mindfulness Monday cost?
Your first session will be free and you can join either the 6 pm or 7 pm class.
If after your free session you would like to join on a regular basis, then the fees are as follows:
- 1 hour per week - £25 (COVID reduction - £15)
- 2 hours per week - £30 (COVID reduction - £20)
If you would like to book a block of 5 weeks:
- 1 hour x 5 weeks - £115 (COVID reduction - £70)
- 2 hours x 5 weeks - £130 (COVID reduction - £90)
Where is Mindfulness Monday and how do I join?
Mindfulness Monday is held over Zoom, a live video streaming platform.
There is no need to rush to us after work, just go right home and join us from the comfort of your own home.
