Meditation for change

A variety of meditation techniques and relaxation sessions designed to assist the subconscious mind to make changes in your life easily and gently.
Small group, maximum four people in each session. Fortnightly.
Some sessions will include guided visualisation.
Other sessions include NLP based language to encourage change.
