Learn how you can make positive changes away from the negative impacts of anxiety and stress in your life towards increasing your confidence and self-esteem. Sara has over 20 years experience as a registered coach and trainer, a hypno-psychotherapist and registered stress management consultant. Participants will be shown the tools to understand and manage beneficial change with visualisation hypnotherapy and NLP.
Who will benefit from this workshop
People who need to understand and deal with the ‘stressors’ affecting their well-being and those who want to learn how to begin a logical process towards change and to increase effectiveness in their daily lives. For example, in reducing stress, you can increase your ability to remain calm, to focus and concentrate more clearly which in turn means you gain more control in your life, increasing your efficacy and confidence.
A workshop to help you towards your beneficial change:
- Understand the difference between pressure and the different stages of stress.
- Recognise your own stressors and identify what causes your personal stress.
- The role of personality, behaviour and beliefs in relation to stress.
- Begin your stress audit and a strategy for management and change.
- Learn the benefits of relaxation tools and visualisation hypnotherapy.
What you can expect from your trainer:
An informal, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Sara Howard will guide and facilitate this workshop and demonstrate the efficacy of each stress management technique using hypnotherapy and NLP tools. This is to enable all participants to observe and feel comfortable in the learning environment.
Cost per person: £55 for a three-hour workshop in a small groups of approximately six people. Credit cards are accepted. Please note that a deposit of £25 is required to hold a booking. The remaining sum is due within 14 days of workshop commencing.
Confidentiality and location: Kings Langley workshops are held in a private house and this also enables Sara to offer the workshops to private (non-corporate) participants at a special low-cost rate.
These workshops are intended as a learning framework in which to discuss general themes.
