Introductory group relaxation taster
During this taster sessions you will learn the basics of how the mind works and the role of the primitive mind for our flight, fight, freeze responses. Using this information you will then be able to create more awareness in your life and learn to react to stress in more appropriate ways.
The session will also include ways to create your own effective suggestions and the use of anchoring. The day will end with a guided relaxation and a script for you to take home.
