Healing the child within

  • Revisiting your past and the effect it has had on your life.
  • Learn how to identify the differences between you, the adult at this present time, and your inner child.
  • Focus on releasing and healing from your past.
  • Connecting with the child you were.
  • Reviewing and reflecting on the experiences impacting on you, the child and you, the adult.
  • Release negative behaviours, anxieties, inadequacies, inner conflicts.
  • Helping yourself to move on more peacefully and ditch any anger, guilt, shame, 'sins' and sadness.

Full-day workshop. Refreshments provided. Bring own lunch.

Can be attended as a CPD workshop or for personal/professional development.
