Inner child healing workshop increase self-love & self-acceptance
In this workshop, Mark Stubbles, a hypnotherapist, CBT practitioner, life coach, Master NLP and Mindfulness practitioner will discuss the benefits of healing the inner child. After growing up in a dysfunctional family, Mark struggled with low self-esteem, low confidence, anxiety, dissociation, emotional flashbacks and emotional regulation.
Complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is suffered by prisoners of war and children who grow up in dysfunctional families. It is estimated that up to 80% of people grew up with some kind of dysfunction, growing up in such environments can cause us to suffer anxiety, lack of confidence and self-esteem. It can affect how we relate to ourselves and others.
Growing up in dysfunctional environments can cause us to disconnect from our true selves; we suffer a negative inner voice that attacks and puts us down, we feel as though there is something wrong with us. We look to the outside world, to things and people outside of us to feel OK.
