Hypnotherapy for stress and anxiety
Learn about how your mind works, what hypnotherapy is, and experience a group hypnotherapy session to help you de-stress. This session is 45-60 minutes and takes place in the Drawing Room, ground floor, on the left as you enter the museum. Please book in advance to secure a space.
Great for anyone struggling with stress or feeling anxious about life in general. You will also receive an audio to take away and listen to again and again to help you feel calm and relaxed.
