Hypnosis and NLP help with anxiety
This fortnightly group will address anxiety in a group session, using the latest NLP and hypnotic techniques to help you combat anxiety while giving you support from others
Each session will last two hours and will include:
- Meet and greet coffee/tea and a slice of cake or biscuits.
- Mini discussion on a topic decided at the end of each session the first will be - what's the difference between fear and anxiety?
The second half of the session will be dedicated to learning and practising a technique specifically to help you manage anxiety, such as:
Swish technique, confidence anchoring, breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, NLP visualisations and more.
Limited sessions available, six session max per person in any three month period to allow wider availability.
Prepayment is essential to secure your place.
