Hypno-EMDR practical skills workshop for hypnotherapists.

What is EMDR therapy?

Originally created to address and resolve traumatic memories, EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) therapy helps clients access, process, and heal from distressing life experiences. The EMDR process also supports clients in reframing negative beliefs and unpleasant bodily sensations, creating more positive, resilient perspectives about past and future events. This makes EMDR therapy a highly effective approach for any professional therapist.

What is hypno-EMDR?

At HypnoTC, we’ve developed hypno-EMDR, a groundbreaking blend of hypnotherapy techniques and EMDR-inspired elements, designed specifically for hypnotherapists. This powerful approach, developed by experienced trainers, combines the flexibility of hypnotherapy with the effectiveness of EMDR. Hypno-EMDR can be used as a standalone approach or integrated into existing hypnotherapy sessions, helping clients address a wide range of issues beyond trauma, including anxiety, phobias, and performance challenges.

Please note: This course is not accredited by or associated with EMDR Europe or EMDRIA, nor does it make you eligible to join these associations.
