What is Hypno-Coaching?
Hypno-coaching combines traditional style coaching, goal setting, strategy, and planning with the unlocking of mindfulness and decision making that gets blocked when we experience changes and stress; we can’t get past.
Your Hypno-Coach is a friend, colleague, business partner, someone to chew ideas with, someone to hold you accountable, someone to ask those difficult questions, someone to support you and notice what support you need all rolled into one person.
How to join your Hypno-Coach?
We’ll meet via Zoom. We can meet either weekly or twice weekly. We’ll strategise about what needs to be achieved and by when; prioritise learning and tasks and then set SMARTR goals to ensure you meet your targets.
During your sessions or as homework, you will have hypnotherapy or mindfulness meditation to help you accomplish more. This might be relaxation to enable you to see things more clearly or could be motivational to build your mental energy and help you move forward at your pace.
What’s your investment in Hypno-Coaching?
Your investment requires you to meet your Hypno-Coach each scheduled session. We require you to sign up for a minimum of three sessions to ensure you engage in the process. There is no contract to sign, but sessions will be pre-booked for the calendar months and require payment on booking.
We’re flexible, so should a session need to be rescheduled, this is fine. We can move within the month or into the following month. If you feel at any time this is not proving beneficial, discuss with your Hypno-Coach first. If you no longer want Hypno-Coaching, the sessions will stop when the final session you have paid for is complete.
Hypno-Coaching sessions last one hour and will include homework and action time to be completed outside of the sessions.
