Ho'oponopono (Hawaiian code of forgiveness)
Ho'oponopono means to make it right.
Ho'oponopono means to make it right with the ancestors or to make it right with the people with whom you had/have relationships. We believe that the original purpose of Ho'oponopono was to correct the wrongs that had occurred in someone's life. Ho'o means to make, Pono means to make it right and ponopono means to make it right twice (forgive and get forgiveness).
We call this the Hawaiian code of forgiveness, because when we forgive others, who are we forgiving? Ourselves, of course.
How would you benefit from this workshop?
In many of the Eastern wisdom traditions, it is considered very important to be aligned with (and clean up relationships with) the ancestors. Similarly, in the Hawaiian tradition, it was also thought to be important to be aligned by cleaning up any past problems that you've had in relationships, especially with relatives. This process will help you clean up the relationships and let go of any inappropriate and unwanted family traits such as those that are passed down from generation to generation.
We carry inside us, as parts of the unconscious mind, all the significant people in our lives energetically (similar to Carl Jung's archetypes). The process of Ho'oponopono is to align with and clean up our genealogy as well as to clean up our relationships with other people in our lives and make it makes it "all right" with them.
The process involves working at a deeper level of the unconscious mind and includes permissive and gentle guided imagery to facilitate the desired change.
If you like hypnosis, you will love this process.
During the workshop, you will learn about the origins of Ho'oponopono, the theory behind the process, and experience the process first hand.
