La Ferme du Cayla is the ideal place for an unforgettable experience. Located in France, with breathtaking views of the Célé Valley, the cottages will provide comfort in a friendly atmosphere throughout your stay. A small village in its own right, La Ferme du Cayla also offers many facilities and activities where you can relax, unwind and awaken your senses. When not taking part in the holistic activities provided by Inspire Me Travel you'll be able to spend time relaxing at the pool or in the wellness centre. 

Victoria Racey from Change by Thought will join you for the duration of your stay. You'll have the opportunity to learn about the mind-body connection, and the power of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and how this incredible award-winning therapy can change your life. 

The holistic & yoga sessions will include:

  • restorative yoga group sessions
  • yin yoga group sessions and journaling
  • 4:1 private yoga tuition
  • Indian head massage workshop
  • Reiki
  • reflexology
  • Swedish massage

The retreat will take place on 14 October 2020 and is for 3 nights.
Departing from Stansted Airport at 09.30 and then arriving
back into Stansted Airport on Saturday 17 October at 11.20.

Price per person: £765

What is included in the price:

  • The above Yoga and Holistic sessions/treatments.
  • Fully qualified Yoga and Holistic Therapists.
  • Your own room.
  • Full board accommodation.
  • Water, coffee and tea throughout the day/evening.
  • Return Ryanair flights including priority boarding with two pieces of hand luggage per person.
  • Return transfers airport/resort.
  • All meals will be taken at La Ferme du Cayla except for one night when we will dine at a restaurant in the nearby village of Figeac.
  • Services of your Inspire Me Travel Host who will meet you at Stansted and stay with you for the entire Retreat and travel back with you.

What is not included in the price:

  • Other optional activities (horse riding etc).
  • Alcoholic drinks (wine etc is available but not included in the price).

To confirm your place we require a deposit of £250 per person.
