This weekend will teach hypnotherapists strategies for helping depressive clients/patients to change their lives.

To be eligible to attend this weekend, you do need to be experienced in working with hypnosis/hypnotherapy. This weekend is not suitable for novices. Depression is a mental disorder that causes people to experience a depressed mood, loss of interest or pleasure, feelings of guilt or low self-worth, disturbed sleep or appetite, low energy, and poor concentration.

Depression is different from feeling down or sad. Unhappiness is something which everyone feels at one time or another, usually due to a particular cause. A person experiencing depression will experience intense emotions of anxiety, hopelessness, negativity and helplessness, and the feelings staying with them instead of going away.

On this weekend, learn the hypnotic techniques to help overcome, manage, and prevent depression.

Both days begin at 9.30am and we aim to finish at 5.30pm.

The course fees include light refreshments mid-morning and mid-afternoon, and comprehensive study notes which will be emailed to you prior to the event. All students will receive an attendance e-certificate.

Lunch isn’t included, but there are many excellent places close by, and the refectory at the university serves reasonably priced refreshments. This weekend carries 14 CPD points.
